1. Coverage

We currently ship Pan India through reliable third-party couriers including DTDC, BlueDart, and Delhivery.

2. Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders above ₹10,000. For smaller orders, standard courier charges apply based on weight and destination.

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

5. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, report it to info@illiciummotors.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos. Replacement will be issued after inspection.
